DGA is a small-business in Riverside, CA. that was created by Dennis Grubb after his many years in the Fire Safety industry. Dennis founded the company in 2005, and began providing contract fire plan review services for one municipality. In order to grow the business and expand services, in 2007 DGA incorporated and became a Limited Liability Corporation. As of 2016, the company is conducting fire plan review for over fifteen municipalities.

All DGA Plan Reviewers specialize in FIRE SAFETY & have the following qualifications:

  • Combined, over 300 years of direct fire life safety plan review & inspections
  • Combined, over 30,000 plans reviewed
  • College Degree or Higher
  • Variety of industry recognized professional certificates
The scope of regulations that affect the designing and construction of buildings has become increasingly diverse and complex with new legislation. It is essential to proper operations of fire departments that its consultants be aware of, and are well trained in, the interpretation and application of codes and their enforcement. DGA ensures that our associates are up-to-date with the latest codes that are essential for maintaining quality plan review services.
